Processing of Personal Data

The client (buyer, seller, newsletter subscriber) acknowledges and agrees that Haus Gallery has the right to process the client’s personal data in accordance with the legislation in force in Estonia and the terms of agreements related to the provision of services. Haus Gallery guarantees that personal data will be used solely for service-related purposes and that confidentiality will be maintained.

Haus Gallery has the right to process any data (hereinafter “Personal Data”) obtained from or requested from an individual client, or any information otherwise collected during transactions involving the client, for the purposes and to the extent defined in the General Terms and Conditions, to which the user has consented and for which they grant Haus Gallery the right of use.

The client has the right to withdraw their consent for the processing and retention of their Personal Data at any time, and may request the termination of processing and the deletion or closure of such data. Withdrawal of consent does not have retroactive effect.

Haus Gallery collects and stores Personal Data in electronic format and may, when necessary, generate copies in other formats.

Haus Gallery uses Personal Data for the provision, development, and personalization of services related to the purchase and sale of art.

Haus Gallery does not transfer or disclose Personal Data to third parties.

Haus Gallery has the right to use Personal Data internally and grant access only to administrators or partners selected by Haus Gallery who are involved in the development and management of services, in order to ensure service quality, accessibility, and improvement.

Haus Gallery has the right to forward Personal Data to parties engaged in debt collection (such as collection agencies).

Haus Gallery and the debt collection service provider also have the right to forward Personal Data to credit information agencies (such as Krediidiinfo and similar service providers), who may process the data in credit decision-making and include it in a debt default registry managed by them.
