“Tütarlaps” is a proof of assertion regarding Trei’s creation, according to which ”the line in his studies creates an especially tender mood”. While accomplishing the girl’s face in a big plan, the artist has had several choices how to move on. Trei’s decision to depict the girl absorbed in thoughts, with her glance directed downwards and strange calmness on her face give proof of the intentions of Trei with this work. In addition to brilliant mastering of the graphical technique, Trei is telling us of somebody, who is at the same time both simple and also eye-catching, serious and bright.
